On Friday, Team Atlantic U16 and U18 members had Strength and Conditioning Testing at the Canada Games Center in Halifax. The Team completed “Team Red” Protocol, which is a mix of 2 mins max bench press reps, 2 mins max bench pull reps, 1 min pull ups and a 1500 metre run. #paddlingliveshere
